Payment:
Most orders are processed within 10-14 business days after receiving cleared payment. Throughout the year production times may vary depending on demand of orders. Please note that times on Custom Diaper Cakes may vary. If you need something sooner, please contact me before placing an order and I will see how we can accomodate you.
Please note for "Rush Orders" a minimum $40 fee will be added before production and shipping of your order. Rush orders are defined as an order that is needed before the specified time frame of completion as listed in the description.
Pitter Patter Cakes accepts payment by PayPal only. Due to the custom nature of most of my items; payment is required in full before production begins on your item. Payment is requested within 3 business days after commitment to purchase has been made. Any items not paid for after 3 business days, will be relisted. You do not need an active PayPal account to use PayPal, you just need a credit or debit card. All transactions are secure on Paypal.
Shipping:
Items will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority, or UPS Ground. I only ship to the 48 contiguous states. If you need your item shipped faster, please feel free to contact me before placing your order. I will be glad to make every effort to accomodate you.
I will ONLY ship to the address that is listed in your PAYPAL checkout, please take the time to double check and make sure that address is correct.
Please note, I cannot be held responsible in the rare case of packages being lost or stolen. I will provide tracking information to you when the item ships and this will help you locate your package throughout the shipment process. All items are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. We can not be held liable for any shipping/handling issues once your order leaves our shop.
Due to the recent increase in charges by USPS and Fed Ex I have had to adjust my shipping costs accordingly. Please be mindful that my Diaper Cakes are LARGE! Most of them are 14x14x24, so the box tends to be rather large and bulky thus making the cost of shipping increase.
CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: Due to the weight and the size of my boxes, the costs to package and ship to California have inflated. California customers, please be advised there will be a $20 extra ship cost associated with your orders. Please understand that I am only charging you for exactly what it costs to ship, there is no addtional profits. When you receive your package you will see the actual postage price paid to ship a diaper cake is over $50.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:
I work hard in insuring that I produce the best quality work. Should there be any issue with your item, please feel free to contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Diaper Cakes: Due to the custom nature of these items; no returns/refunds are accepted/processed.
Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of the order; no returns will be accepted. No refunds will be processed.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping/handling costs.
If there is any issue with your order, please contact me and allow me the opportunity to rectify the issue. Remember everything in my shop is handmade and/or custom created for you the buyer.
